The Discovery Stage is designed to help you answer these questions and decide on the best way forward for your project.
By the end of the process, you will have three clear design options and an estimate of the costs for each.
The starting point for the Discovery Stage is for us to get to know you better and understand how your home needs to work for you. We will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire which we will discuss in a briefing meeting at your property.
We will also start to get to know your home better and will complete an analysis of the house itself and the surroundings. We will look at everything from the sun angles through the day to neighbouring properties, good views to maximise and bad views to block.
This analysis forms the basis of our design work where we will start to bring together your brief and the unique characteristics of your home and garden.
Having tried and tested lots of options and ideas, we will narrow it down to three distinct options for you to consider.
This stage will end with a online meeting where we will present our ideas and discuss the next steps for your project.
