This summer Tarn joined the Technique team after recently graduating from Glasgow School of Art, leaving with a First-Class Honours Degree.

On-site: Mayfield

Our Mayfield Arts and Crafts project in East Lothian is making great progress on site with a completion date early in 2023.

The Pond House - The Hearld

The Pond House recently featured in “The Best of Scotland” section of The Herald.

On-site: Hughenden

Our extension project to a Grade B listed property in the west end of Glasgow recently started on site. The project will completely transform how the home is used creating much-needed spaces for socialising.

New Project: Rural Angus Development

The initial design stages of an exciting new project are underway for the development of a rural site in Angus with planning anticipated to be submitted early in 2023.

New Project: Villa Extension

We recently submitted the planning application for the extension and reconfiguration of an existing Villa at the foot of the Campsie Fells which will radically alter how the home functions for our clients. We look forward to progressing to site in 2023.

New Projects: Loch Ruel Boat House

The studio is currently developing a design for a new boathouse and sauna on the shores of Loch Ruel.⁠

Taking a moment to reflect on the year of 2022, we would like to sincerely thank all our clients, consultants, and contractors for what has been another incredible year for the team. We look forward to the journey ahead in 2023.
